NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Bids will be received by Blue Township Fire Department at 3503 Scottie Lane, Manhattan KS, 66502, until 5 pm on September 2, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Blue Township Advisory meeting on September 2, 2026, at 7pm. Bids can either be mailed to the above address or emailed to stationbids@bluefire5.com . Emailed bids shall not be considered until the bidder receives a confirmation email. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials and performing all the work in accordance with RFP for the New Green Valley Fire Station. Interested bidders may secure the RFP from the Blue Township Fire Department by emailing darinstrat@bluefire5.com or on QuestCDN Project number 10276321.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond executed by corporations authorized to contract as surety in the State of Kansas and made payable to the Pottawatomie County Treasurer.
The bidder to whom a Contract is awarded, will be required to furnish acceptable Performance and Statutory Bonds, each in the amount of the total contract price, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
